Le Château du Pouey est un ensemble de différents sols. Chacune de nos 15 parcelles disposent d’une exposition et d'une composition différente en argile, en galet et autres minéraux nécessaires au développement de nos cépages emblématiques :

Au fil du temps, nous avons appris à en extraire le meilleur pour créer un assemblage qui dévoile chaque année une complexité propre à nos vins.

La culture de la vigne est étroitement liés au ciel, à la terre et au soleil. Des convictions qui anime Bastien au Château du Pouey et dont est nées ces trois gammes de vins. Chacune à sa typicité, son équilibre et son identité afin de découvrir toutes les palettes de nos cépages. Eden évoque le coté aérien, frais et la légèreté. Gaïa symbolise le terroir et l’encrage de nos appellations. Solis incarne le coté chaleureux, plus mûr de nos cuvées.
